WORK DISCLAIMER
What detailing can — and cannot — do.
PLUSH Auto Spa performs careful professional detailing, correction, restoration, and protection work. Every vehicle is different, and results depend on its materials, age, history, condition, previous repairs, and the service selected.

Estimates and inspection
Prices shown on the website are starting prices or general service information unless specifically stated otherwise. Final pricing, service scope, and expected results may change after PLUSH inspects the vehicle. Heavy contamination, pet hair, stains, oxidation, overspray, deep scratches, neglected finishes, unusual materials, oversized vehicles, prior repairs, or other conditions may require additional time or cost.
Results vary by vehicle
Photos on this website show actual PLUSH work, but they are examples rather than guarantees of an identical result. Paint, leather, fabric, trim, glass, wheels, coatings, and other surfaces vary widely. Some defects may improve without being fully removable, and attempting complete removal can sometimes cause more harm than leaving a defect partially visible.
Paint correction, polishing and wet sanding
Correction and wet sanding remove or level a very small amount of the vehicle's finish. PLUSH will use professional judgment and may decline or limit correction when paint appears too thin, unstable, previously repaired, improperly refinished, cracked, failing, or otherwise unsafe to work aggressively. Deep scratches, stone chips, dents, rust, clear-coat failure, paint failure, or defects that extend beyond safely correctable material may require body-shop repair and may remain visible.
Ceramic coatings and protection products
Ceramic coatings and sealants can improve gloss, ease maintenance, chemical resistance, and environmental protection, but they do not make a vehicle scratch-proof, chip-proof, stain-proof, or maintenance-free. They do not prevent rock chips, collision damage, hard-water spotting, improper washing damage, vandalism, or every environmental contaminant. Coating performance and longevity depend on preparation, vehicle use, storage, washing methods, maintenance, climate, and product-specific care.
Interior detailing
PLUSH will make reasonable efforts to clean and improve interior surfaces, odors, stains, and contamination. Some stains, dye transfer, burns, tears, worn coatings, permanent discoloration, mold damage, embedded odors, aging materials, or previous chemical damage may not be fully correctable. Delicate, loose, cracked, refinished, or failing materials may limit the cleaning methods that can safely be used.
Headlight and trim restoration
Restoration may substantially improve clarity and appearance, but internal lens damage, cracking, moisture intrusion, damaged reflectors, failed seals, electrical problems, severe crazing, or deterioration on the inside of a lamp assembly may require replacement rather than detailing.
Pre-existing conditions
Vehicles may contain pre-existing scratches, chips, dents, loose trim, cracked plastics, worn leather, failing paint, previous repair defects, aftermarket equipment, electrical issues, warning lights, water leaks, fragile accessories, or other conditions unrelated to PLUSH's work. PLUSH may document vehicle condition before service. Customers should identify known concerns before work begins.
Personal property and aftermarket items
Please remove valuables, firearms, medications, cash, important documents, fragile items, child seats when practical, and other personal belongings before service. PLUSH is not responsible for ordinary cleaning delays caused by excessive personal property. Customers should disclose sensitive aftermarket electronics, wraps, paint-protection film, custom finishes, repaired panels, ceramic coatings, tint, accessories, or modifications that may affect service methods.
Pickup and drop-off
Pickup/drop-off is offered only when scheduling, distance, vehicle condition, insurance requirements, and operational needs allow. Availability is not guaranteed for every customer or appointment. Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information and disclosing any condition that would make the vehicle unsafe or unlawful to drive.
Timing and completion
Detailing time estimates are approximate. Vehicle condition, curing time, weather, product performance, unexpected defects, or additional customer-approved work may affect completion time. PLUSH will make reasonable efforts to communicate material schedule changes.
Customer inspection and concerns
Customers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle at pickup and promptly raise any concern about the work performed. PLUSH should be given a reasonable opportunity to inspect and address a service-related concern before outside repair or corrective work is undertaken.
No waiver of legal rights
This disclaimer explains the practical limits and risks of professional detailing services. It does not waive rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable law, and it does not replace any separate written service authorization, estimate, warranty, or product-specific terms provided for a particular job.
