Use the same questions. Keep your own priorities in view.
Choose your categories first
List what matters to you before the first visit: daily destinations, home layout, outdoor space, parking needs, or the services you regularly use.
Write down observations
Record the date and time, what you personally observed, and any information that needs checking. Avoid turning a brief visit into a conclusion about an entire area.
Separate location and property
Keep one section for the area and another for each home. That makes it easier to tell whether a concern relates to a particular building or to your daily routine in that location.
Return to the open questions
Revisit important details and use official sources for facts such as boundaries or services. Your notes should support a conversation, not substitute for current verification.
